Don't be so quick to dismiss this stuff. Sure, there's not a lot of extremely high-quality content out there, but a lot of the speculative content is stemming from real world discussions and technological innovations.

For example:

https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/34755326/

5G is in the microwave range of EMF, and one does not need a phased array and inbound antenna to simply output a spectrum of 5G radiation. It's possible that the "neural" aspect of this article is just nonsense, but you can't dismiss the connection between the expensive 5G network rollout and things like neural link, so for somebody to tie all this together with some speculation is not "glowie" territory as much as it is "Hey guys this is what I think is gonna happen, but I'm gonna tell it to you as if I read it somewhere otherwise you won't take it seriously". I'm not condoning pure speculation, but I'm saying that this stuff, 5G, even to the degree of ridiculous that this article seems to be, is well within the realm of possible outcomes.

Read/watch some stuff about "operation crimson mist", pertaining the supposed C-130 Hercules that circled above with some EMF array inside the fuselage. Could be made up bullshit, but the science behind it is real and anything that's possible, that you or I can think of, has probably been done by some people.
