I get called out for racism for identifying this condition, but it is true. Indians have a different culture than Americans do. In that culture many things are accepted that we do not. Caste discrimination, authoritarianism, incompetence as an accepted condition. In my work in high tech I see all the time many Indians who are any of mediocre, dishonest, accepting flawed work, tribalism in hiring (Indian managers then hire Indian workers only), absolutely shit standards for quality, dependence on rote learning caused by their school system's mediocre ways.

I hate working with them because I have to clean up after their incompetence. Many are evasive in order to hide their flawed work. They are not first-world minds but greedy cheap executives hire Indians because they are less expensive than hiring competent people.

My seeing them in leadership positions in the US bothers the hell out of me. In two companies I've worked at, I had to expose a lying highlevel Indian exec who was bringing down the company. In both cases it was too late, and they crashed the company. Now I've learned, and see that if a company has an Indian near the top it will likely be in danger. And these same dishonest execs make perfect operatives for the powers trying to bring down the US - lack of ethics is a good fit.

Some cases: Microsoft and its CEO allowing the shit Win 11; Adobe sends ALL its code overseas to India. Cisco is rife with Indian management and has sunk in the industry. By the way, the entire tech recruiting industry is now 99% Indian, and it absolutely sucks at recruiting. It uses overseas low-level recruiters or Indian wives of H1Bs in the States, and none of them know squat about hightech so they do not understand job orders at all. But the corrupt Indian HR departments at tech companies feed all their job orders to countrymen and try to hire Indians first, reject Americans. And the Indian execs get kickbacks from the big Indian tech labor companies like Tata, to hire Indians. Corrupt as hell.
