Stretch or movement and ideally something to clear his mind. Just have him get a good fresh fruit diet and add in some meat and potatoes and other root vegetables and leafy greens.

Moderation, and have him get off those T4s...they are bad for his liver and his nervous system.

Fuck the CBD unless that is all you got, it's summer time. Get outside, smoke a nice joint.

He need a routine for his body...not some additional chemicals....vitamins are supplements....not cures!

-- if you think more chemicals and vitamins are the solution....sorry. if your friend cannot do the above simple steps....he doesn't care and frankly it's a mental problem.....he will need to address his mental issues and then he will be able to improve his physical
