Vitaly Kaloev is Osetian architect who presumably murdered Peter Nilsen, trafic controller from Switzerland company Skyguide, who presumably was guilty of very suspicious planes collision above Boden lake and guiding a planes over the territory of Germany in Jul 1 2002. In that collision Kaloev lost his wife and two daughter and killed Nilsen in revenge. He was jailed for the murder in 2005 in Switzerland and somehow released in 2007. 2 years in jail for planned murder, of course, is a usual thing.
