Now what happens when SCOTUS rules in favor of states rights on this issue?

All the libs are freaking out saying that electors will reject results going forward… not realizing that this already has happened in our past and that 2020 is nothing new.

Kennedy should have lost to Nixon in Hawaii, and only won the state because electors did exactly that. But you don’t see people referring to his presidency as a “coup”, etc.

It also happened in one of the elections immediately prior the civil war. Even in those contentious times, no one had the gall to label that treason.
