So if you're talking about drones and perhaps smart missiles using AI

AI does not exist. At all. What that dumb marketing monkeys name AI is stupid ANNs that is just a simple system of equations where coefficients calculated during so called "training" process. That's all. You need significant processing power only during "training", and only because of huge amount of data necessary to properly calculate equations coefficients. When you have trained ANN, it does not need any significant processing power.

Which chips are you gonna insert

You could use any chips to run your dumb "AI". Absolutely any. Even 8-bit 50 years old processor could run pretrained ANN with few layers and resolution decent enough to do image recognition. Really, to run ANNs it is better to use specifically disigned DSPs instead of conventional CPUs, to calculate all layer in single cycle. Chips of that kind exists from the mid-80s in USSR. There is modern ones, manufactured by both, Russia and China for a long time. Simpliest example - China Kendryte K210 - cheap RISC-V based MCU with ANN DSP on board. It is specifically designed for image recognition. You could order them freely from AliExpress right now for dozen bucks. Russian ones will be harder to obtain, but try Milandr factory, they have some.

However, Russian military does not obsessed with that "smart bomb" crap. It is easily fooled, need long training and can't be trained in reasonable time for the new target. And in practice, they have no real significance for real battle. You know, West is not the whole world, there could be different takes on the same problem.

China supposedly cloned the quantum chips

Quantum chips is a hoax. Do you know the best practical result that was achieved on hyperexpencive and world largest IBM quantum computer? They successfully decompose number 21 into prime numbers 7 and 3. And it is still unrealiable. What quantum chips you are talking about? It is a total hoax, at least for few decades.

The names found in the Russian equipment.

Decades old probably Russian equipment.

Latest flight from London to Sydney is in about a 1.30hr.

And what was ticket price? How many passengers? Could I see time-table?

Hasn't the ISS been sold to like Disney or something, and Russia has withdrawn from joint ISS operations.

There was rumors about detaching Russian modules from ISS, but it was found out that it is cheaper and easier to launch a new station, than fuck around that decades old and weared modules. So, nothing changed with ISS. Russia still own part of ISS and do regular flights.

There was nice US plan to launch a space station and place it to L1 moon point, but AFAIK it was delayed for unknown time.

I am talking about China's. Or that other Russian prior to the ISS.

So, there are no single western expert on utilising old space stations. OK, got it. So Russia is only country in the world that know how to correctly utilise old space stations. You are welcome, when time comes.
