Here's the chart of "No. of Standard Deviations from the Mean" (2022 is the dashed line) for the first 20 weeks of each year.

2022 has only one week above 1 standard deviation at 1.6

2018 had three weeks at 2.4, 2.6 & 2.4 standard deviations respectively.

I don't think URGENT is quite warranted (and what urgent action can I do about it anyway!)
