Thirdly, all I've done is offer rational, persuasive, logic based arguments. It's difficult to do this when you're banned for questioning the moderators views or pet conspiracy quotes.

People respond with insults and shill accusations rather than address what are often nuanced, highly specific arguments. Which I find suspect. That feels like exactly what a shill would do. If those insults and accusations are enough to be banned, then this should be universally applied and not just at the retarded whims of a small dicked admin.
