I have one other compatible thought. We know for sure that toxoplasma gondii is a parasite that seeks the brain and then alters behavior. Perhaps there is another parasite currently unknown to mianstream science that alters the brain, and maybe it gets passed down through generations in elite families, making many of them psychopathic.

There is a known eye worm that penetrates the eye, and may go to the optic nerve as a pathway to the brain. As yet there is no theory or research on behavioral effects of infestation / infection.

It is possible through ultrasound or microwaves to focus on a region in the brain and destroy it. If done to the amygdala, it would change a person's emotional response abilities.

So there are many possible cases of what could have been done to black-eyed people, including none of the above.

Certainly the black eye club is real, and when they allow themselves to be shown in public it is probably just to introduce themselves as initiated, hence 'trustable' within the club. As you all know, the Illuminati use the ancient one-eye symbolism; a black eye is a form of that.
