Existense of GMO testing does not mean that Russian bureaucrats will spend any tax payers money on it instead of stealing them and buying property in Europe or US.

Seems you don't have any clue how that things works in Russia. Law does not mean that anybody will spend money that could be stolen on some labs and equipment necessary for that law enforcing.

So, we have a nice law that prohibit that fucking GMO shit, but there are no means to enforce it because that fucking bastards in government stole all money that had to be spent on all that gmo-testing equipment. Eventually, absence of GMO in product depends only on the bribe from manufacturer to the government bureaucrat who sign a product approval or result of test.

If you live in US or Europe you could easily see how that law implemented - just find an expensive property in US or Europe that belongs to some relative (wife, child, brother/sister, etc.) or close friend of Russian bureaucrat from Ministry of agriculture and look at it. That is the only perceptible implementation of the Russian law about GMO you so exited about.

Also, if you are really interested you could ask your senator/governor/whatever, why normal educated white Russian people in no way can get permanent residense or citizenship and move into your country to live, work and make your country better, but that criminal thieves, swindlers and even murderers from the same Russia are openly welcomed and wanted.
