Yes it looks like they color coded it so yellow must be the original numbers. As long as this data is out there it should be fairly easy to prove if the replacement data is fake or not by comparing the seroprevalence of those diseases in other populations in those years. If the numbers in other populations are similar to the numbers reported in the original data we know this is a cover-up.
