Never centralise, never select "negotiators", authorities will demand from you, never choose ones "who will speak for others", etc. I.e. never play their political game with selecting or creating politicians. All that are direct steps to complete failure. They perfectly know what you want, all that crap with creating politicians in protest is only a mean of distraction, division, destruction and establishing control of your movement for them. They should see only The People in whole, not some separate, choosen individuals "in charge" they could and will use against you. There should not be any protruding threads or loops they could pull and destroy the whole protest.
