I refuse to engage in that level of dehumanization, really the sin of excessive solipsism, with the people you refer too. That's doing to them the same they do to the "unvaxxed" as "not deserving of health care/food/freedom, etc. etc." NPC is just a good descriptor, that's all, I think they really are people. A baby is a person, similarly.

That said, I agree that they don't think for themselves. Thus, as was pointed out by others in this thread, we need the levers of power to program them the way we want them to be.
