I have been blocked from reading social media posts because I clicked the link from r/conspiracy. Their error message in such cases is "This content is not for you." Copying and pasting the link into the browser address bar circumvents the block.

EDIT: I have yet to see any statement from the NEJM regarding this. This might not be what it appears to be.
