Felt the symptoms on Jan 20, went to get tested on the 21st, and got confirmation that I was positive on the 22nd.
It basically feels like a mild-to-moderate flu. On day two, I was feeling a certain scratchiness in my lower throat/upper chest when I took deep breaths. That night, I also had cold sweats. However, I also turned the heat WAY up at my place, and that night, drenched my blankets w/a cold sweat. I guess whatever fever I might have been having or feeling broke at that point. Since then, I haven’t had too much of a fever if any at all.
Currently I’m feeling just a bit…I’d say kind of generally weak - like a 2 on a scale of 1-10 though, 10 being “super weak/can’t move”, so it’s just more annoying than anything really.
For the record, I also started taking the following medication since the 21st:
Vitamin D drops-------------------------------------4/day
Vitamin C 500mg tablets------------------------- 2/day - 2/night (I’ve since upped it to 4/day-4/night)
Quercetin---------------------------------------------2/day - 2/night
Zinc----------------------------------------------------1/day - 1/night
Unless I somehow suddenly get worse, it feels like I went through the worst of it already (knock on wood) and I’m currently on the downslide toward getting through it.
If that is indeed the case and I DO get over this and, say, yesterday was the worst of it…then even though I know everyone’s different and people have died from it, etc, etc…what I’m experiencing compared to the actual flu? I’ve had the flu I think maybe 1-3 times in my life, and that was far, FAR worse than this by an unambiguous long shot.
Perhaps the fact that I started taking the supplements and vitamins immediately helped, and perhaps I shouldn’t speak too soon because I’m technically not COMPLETELY over this yet and maybe I’ll somehow get WORSE, but this, again, feels like a mild to moderate flu.
And that’s pretty much it.
So I guess I can say at this point that speaking from direct, personal experience (now that I currently HAVE covid), the idea that what I’m experiencing is enough to warrant shutting down the entire planet and enact all the draconian measures that have been put into place tells me what I already pretty much knew from the beginning of all this:
Covid is a 100% false flag designed to kill freedoms on a global scale - as well as kill off weak and vulnerable members of the society (i.e. covid WILL kill you if you’re in a vulnerable demographic…but so will the flu).
And for the record, I’m a 48 year old male, so it’s not like I’m just some spring chicken that could easily bounce quickly back from this if it was as bad as the shit-stream-media is making it out to be. People that are younger than me have died from it after all.
If you don’t treat it fast enough and don’t use the proper medicines for it, yeah - it could kill you. My wife works in a huge hospital in the city that is currently the literal epicenter of covid in the entire planet, so she knows about people dying from this.
Again I say, however, if you treat this quickly and with the right medicines, you should be fine.
EDIT:
Update - Today is Saturday 1/30/21 - ten days since the symptoms first started. Currently, I feel…not great at all. I’m not feeling HOORRRIIBLLLE. I mean I’ve felt worse. Again, I’ve had the flu and that did feel worse. However, as of today, I had been beginning to feel a bit of a fever - which hasn’t happened too much at all on too many of the other days...I mean I had night sweats on day two, and I think yesterday…but haven’t experienced any fever like symptoms during the day…except today/right now. On a scale of 1-10, 10 being the worst fever, I’m currently feeling like…a 2-2.5/3 or so - i.e. it’s a bit of a low-ish fever, but I DO feel it. It’s definitely annoying.
Hopefully this’ll go away soon…Argh.
