I hear people mention tonic water and quinine related to medicines to keep on hand.
But you can also buy Chinchona bark (powder, pills, whole bark),
which contains quinine and other alkaloids.
Fun fact it was called Jesuits' Powder after the Jesuits "discovered" it from indigenous south american tribes.

Personally watching various commodity cycles (oil, steel, lumber, food, silver etc.).
All the fake "green" revolution may only result in making these more costly in the near term (which is probably the point); even at best, alternatives won't be available in the near term, but in the meantime they will get taxed more, and have little investment to produce more. I'd go for land but not in the position to do so quite yet.
