The reality is the rights of amendments 4-8 have been trounced by TPTB.
These actions attempt to divide and have half the population on the side of lost judicial rights.
What would happen if instead of fighting each other over these cherry-picked cases, the population united for restoration of judicial rights (maybe they wouldn't necessarily 'win', but at least they might break the current / false / manufactured / dialectic.
Would the cabal™ countermove be just to fan the flames.
