No these were the same Spanish and English cartographers drawing maps and exploring the Americas. They fought some of these giants. They drew them into books giving them detailed measurements. They were much taller. Some recorded as supposedly being 10-12 foot. Not Norse mythology. But like all imaginations people might have gotten carried away. But when giants continuously rear their heads throughout history. Something is being covered up. Giants of much larger proportions. They were all the rage at the turn of last century detailed press reports and museum exhibits all over the World of bones and skeletons. Then just like that many were turn into evolutionary ape hybrids.
