When you register your brand name or business, there is fine print saying you agree to get it taken away from you in case a large debt exists and a Court decides that you have to pay with your business.

The scam is simple. Create a debt crisis so bad that people are forced to borrow and many cannot pay debts back. Then take the business. They do the same thing with car registries and Home contracts.

Businesses can be avoided though. Just don't register anything.

There are people who don't register their cars and if a cop arrests them for it, they sue the shit out of the cop for tens of thousands to millions. Those kinds of people are willing to put in the time and effort to do it and have been doing this since the 1970s from what I was able to track. Today this is a trend and there are multimillionaire 1st amendment auditors doing this all over youtube.

Sadly Amazon has been tricking many into registering their brands and offering them incentives for it.

Ultimately, if someone owes a lot of money and doesn't have anything registered to their names, they cannot be robbed by any court order.

This goes to show you why usury was outlawed long ago. Without usury, people wouldn't be able to afford cars or homes or expensive items which would force prices to go down.
