The Rockafellers and Rothschilds are fully aware that the universe acts on the law of "reap what you sow" so what they do is that they NEVER get their hands dirty directly nor do they give orders! Instead, they have a way to teach their high level associates how to guess what they want done. This way if they don't directly give orders, the order followers end up eating most of the bad karma. The 13 families still endure a different kind of karma that builds up and builds up overtime and the whole thing sets of in a big explosion the moment they make the slightest mistake of committing evil hands on. That day has come and this is one of the things that is eating them alive. The karma is volatile basically. It's like gas that keeps building up so 1 match blows up the whole building.

These groups have brainwashing psyops just for Gov employees who murder people and make excuses blaming the victim or they rob them through legal means of their money and property while blaming the victim. These employees always look miserable and kind of dead in the eyes for this reason. It is one of the karmic backlashes of going against the nature of God, life and their very soul.

The key of the brainwashing is this. They run psyops claiming that there are NO consequences to their actions claiming that God doesn't exist and so there are now laws of "reap what you sow" and therefore, they say Might is Right. Keep in mind, the families running these psyops do believe in God and even have proof of God nowadays. So they trick their employees to shit all over the public in exchange for money but whatever money they gain is nothing compared to what they lose when they reap what they sow.
