Ironically, my family's last UK votes were for David Cameron, the person who pushed against natalism and forced a cap on child benefit at two children.

Natalism is a political position revolving around remuneration for those who have children at the expense of those who do not. It's based on old Soviet policy of the 20s and 30s.
As my family always paid their own way and never claimed from the state, they were not natalists.
