Five at a time every few minutes or the site reverses it.
If you do too many in a short time regardless of if you hit that restriction, your downvotes just won't register against that user for a while.
It's a primitive way of preventing brigading that effectively rewards people who just shovel shit faster than it can be voted down like JG5 does.
What would be useful is the reverse, if a user upvotes the same person too much, the votes no longer count. Especially for new accounts, this would prevent the usual Nazi tactics of farming alts on empty communities and then deleting all the posts when they graduate from handshake and are ready to shill.
If JG5 hadn't blurted out that disgusting "Hitler is Jesus 2nd Coming" nonsense, none of this would've needed to happen. But nooo, he had to go full rebel and downright worship/idolize a person. Idolatry destroys.
It's one thing to love hitler but A WHOLE DIFFERENT THING to worship him like that. Intolerable.
Meh, all Nazis deserve the bullet. Would have solved a lot of problems if the Allies had executed far more of them.
