Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, France, Hungary, Ireland, Lithuania, Malta, Portugal, Romania and Spain are confirmed supporters.

I find it hard to believe Austria and Poland would break ranks with Hungary on anything that isn't Ukraine, they never have before.
