There's a video recording floating around too where they navigate to the page, leave and return to the page a few times and the location persists. Your conspiracy is dead right out of the gate.

Looks normal enough to me.
It just looks like a high mouse speed. Not everyone needs to slowly drag the mouse across the screen like a boomer.
