Pay attention to this so you understand your Rights and so that nobody can screw you in the future.

America was built on Common Law which is basically that stuff that is commonly illegal, can be figured out by common sense and if a Jury trial is set, it is basically guaranteed that they will say the act is illegal.

The 3 acts are:

1. Murder
2. Theft
3. Assault of any kind that is physical (punching, rape, kidnapping, etc..)

This is the only law Sheriffs enforced back in the day until the Zionist infiltration in 1913.

By 1955, the Zionists bankrupted America with the Federal Reserve and started demanding power over America as debt repayment which included:

1. Control over the Secretary of Treasury position.

2. That Judges enforce Statutes, ordinances, etc... on civilians even though those are meant to be enforced on Gov employees only.

They claim they found a loop hole to enforce it on people by claiming we are corporations and that our birth certificate is our corporate title and that our name in all caps is our corporate name.

This is all BS though as nobody ever agreed to any of this and I do not consent now.

Anytime you see your name in all caps in a contract, know that the legal system is screwing you there whether its a driver's license contract or a hospital contract.

In all reality, nobody should be putting civilians in anything else other than Common Law Jurisdiction. If caught up in a Court hearing, it is best to demand Common Law Jurisdiction.

All this is just what to do in the time being. More than likely this Gov will collapse on itself and we will simply convert the Court system into one entirely run by Civilians which the plans are already made. Here is how it works:

1. An arrested man faces a Jury that he nor the victim personally know.

2. Jury is entirely voluntary.

3. Jury votes in private to determine if the man has committed a common law violation. If so, trial proceeds. If not, the man is free to go.

4. If trial proceeds, the victim explains what happened and the defendant says guilty or not guilty. If the victim can't represent themselves, they can call anyone they want to represent him for him.

5. The Jury hears the whole case play out. Victim and Defendant take turns speaking until both are done.

6. Jury votes to see if guilty.

7. If guilt is found, the Jury and Victim come together to make the criminal reimburse the victim in a reasonable way if there was theft. If there was a violent episode like a fight, stabbing, etc.., they will have to decide on something else. This might include doing voluntary work for the homeless, going into a mental health hospital for some time, etc.. Each case will be unique.

8. Just in case something goes sideways and the Jury/Victim go too far with the demands, the criminal can request a 2nd Jury to review the case and make new demands with the Jury. This can be done 1 time.

9. Then the Jury is obligated to work with the criminal to enforce the demands made on him. Once that is done, the Jury is disbanded.

This system makes everything much more fair. It would replace the unfair, circus clown show the Zionists made of our law enforcement.
