This dude is a very high level deep state agent that has been alive for thousands of years using technology. He dresses up like Jesus and runs with a pack of psychopaths in Greenland. This group is one of the highest known departments of the deep state and they call themselves Great White Brotherhood. They aren't White though. They are probably not even human.
The one time anyone got a glimpse of this group, they ordered pizza and killed the pizzaman with a knife in a ritual. Then they disappeared the body in parts.
Their purpose is to manage sway people's spiritual understanding by pretending to be the light but secretly they are simply misleading the flock. The count himself dresses up similar to Jesus and has a nice smile but that is just a fake image to hide his black heart. The Pope does similar things but has a different costume.
You will hear of the Count here and there. He's connected to the Gnostic version of Jesus they call Sananda which is basically a fake Jesus. The Gnostics were originally made to infiltrate Christianity and corrupt it by pretending to be one of us but with a very twisted belief system that resembles occultism.
You will occasionally see a group who mentions the Count as some kind of a great guy. Those groups are all suspect of being connected one way or another back to the Count. This media is usually try to portray him as a good guy.

Levels stacked above tempt one to ignore the level foundation below...being implies as above/so below, hence in-between.
c) Psy op hides the trick aka psycho-LOGICAL-operation...psyche implies natures animating power, operation implies each being in operative effect of animating nature.
