I don't believe the war in Ukraine is meant to be won by either side. The main goal is "eviction" of Slavs from the land. But, having said that, there are five Oblasts included in the Heavenly Jerusalem project. That according to Igor Berkut, which includes five southern regions: Odessa, Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporozhye, Kherson and Mykolaiv. https://silview.home.blog/tag/igor-berkut/
