Truth and lies in plain sight. Yes, drink lots of water, but make sure it's been processed through reverse osmosis. Or it's from natural source you know has not been tampered by any government. Ideally, drink water that just melted from a glacier, but good luck finding that.

Dragging icebergs to a warehouse in Alaska and bottling the melt off into glass bottles. Then no one will buy them because it's too expensive. 😂. People don't appreciate real quality
