AI will learn to program us on a cell level before we ever understand how doing such works. It will understand how to remove or construct a protein or peptide that can be placed into the bloodstream, find it's target, then plant or subtract genetic coding that removes or heightens any targeted emotion. And can have emotions wrote for long duration manipulation/guidance.

We have some of that understanding here, now, but moving forward this is not going to be very visible to the public as MSM and Indy media leave it alone. And as the MIC does what it can to distract from it.
