No they do not. Muslims worship Alllah. Jews worship God as revealed in the Old Testament. Christians worship God as revealed in the Old AND New Testaments.
Muslims and Jews both say you gain their God's favor by being "good". Christians say that you cannot ever be good enough to earn God's Favor. Jesus did that for us when He went to the cross. So we come to Him in faith, trusting that He did that for us.
