I also want to add that according to NASA's "Future Warfare (CIRCA 2025)" (by Dennis M. Bushnell, NASA Langley Research Center, 2011), 2020 would be the year of "societal disruption" through bio/nano weapons. 2020 would also be the start of the next technological age.

Convid was planned a very long time ago.

The foundation for it was being built in the 1990s, and 9/11 was a first stage.
