In 2012! We had a kid where I worked, moved up here from Atlanta to live with his dying grandfather. Young guy, 19, black kid. Mom had money from real estate, bought him a brand new car so he could come and go back to Atlanta during the week

Every single time! He came back here, he'd be pulled over within a mile of the reader on the highway and every time, every time, cops tore his car apart.
