Project Phoenix, like it was all planned. Reminds me of Event 201 from October 2019 which took place in NYC. Playing a “war-game” involving a 'fictional' coronavirus outbreak" and warning of a similar pandemic in the future. 🤔

The model they used is practically identical to what's happening. They always do a sim before the event.
