… other than Reddit? I’d be interested in reading what caused the penny to drop for some of them/how they managed to liberate themselves mentally and emotionally from the Qult.

I want legit reasoning though rather than propagandist Reddit nonsense

I always got a good laugh at their fixation on numbers/dates. But when it came time to pony up, it's always an ambiguous "two more weeks"
