We will all need a private, anonymous, digital cash soon to continue to buy and sell once they shut off your accounts.

... and which ISP/domains does that absolutely depend upon? How many .gov or even ". il" addresses are buried in the TOS fine-print?

Monero is fully decentralized and there is no TOS. if the internet works, Monero works.
