WEF has been beta testing digital identity and CBDC for several years in Nigeria for example.. and in return they landed several billion dollar projects in the last 15 years. Just had a multi B$ port via China. The president and entourage and state actors have become ridiculously wealthy lately -- while priests are burned in churches and entire villages are kidnapped (both happened this year and last)
