They did a cash shortage for no viable reason other than claims of "staffing at the mint and banks" during CoHoax.. but that will not convert it quick enough. If you want to see how it happens just watch Australia bcz they are ahead of it.. they have removed ATMs and brick and mortar banks. They won't need a cash shortage.. they just won't return cash back in to circulation after pick ups from businesses. It phases out.
