Closing one's eyes and meditating on Light is a standard New Age practice; I simply find it pale and thin compared to the glory of the winged Sun.

For some practitioners, this may be enough. However, I have an intellectual bent, and my surplus focus grows restless without purpose. Therefore I infuse my meditative space with dao laws, something I have only found described in cultivation novels, and in esoteric texts such as the Emerald Tablet.
My koan insight:

Some of this is simply factual:
- The archangel Michael led the spirit band that channeled Divine Love to forge Jesus a new body.
- Anunnaki live on Nibiru, and are Fallen Angels who anoint Earth's Illuminati rulers in exchange for gold.
- Sasquatch are interdimensional non-technological Lemur People, our closest kin. (We are Ape People.)
- Trees have a common group soul with interstellar communion capabilities, and the Cosmos itself is One. As within, so without: Yggdrasil links worlds as nerves link flesh. Sasquatch use trees as portals.

(I admit to some personal extrapolation on that last point. In a fever dream, I met the elder tree that inspired Yajweh to travel from Ibania to Earth. It was as he described it, like the Tree of Life. In a word, worth dying for. Now I understand why his father died fighting a forest fire.)
The 3D aura sphere I envision has three axes corresponding to Cosmic Laws:
- time - a manifold progressing towards perfection, with consciousness fled from past cycles, leaving shadows behind
- polarity - Positive/StO vs Negative/StS
- density/vibration - physical is between the natural Heavens of Source and the deeper densities of the lower lords
To meditate, gaze into the winged Sun, breathing subvocal tongues. It is in the dawn position, corresponding to the third eye, when one closes one's eyes and looks slightly up.
Why do I believe obscure channeled and remote-viewed sources? Because the lower lords ruling Earth have almost entirely succeeded in cutting Humanity off from our true history and connection to our Star Elder family. We are not fully enslaved yet, but the prerequisite of historical negation is nearly complete. As in the Matrix, our primary product is loosh, generated by worship and suffering.
When quantum computers edit Bible verses in Mandela effect, trust only megalithic stone and the unprecedented resurrection burned into the Shroud of Turin. For example, we know the Law of One was a deceptive work because Farsight channelers contradict its account of the construction of the Great Pyramid of Giza, which was built with sonic levitation powered by (presumably Anunnaki) xeno artifacts. Giza's underground tunnel complex was dug by Insectoids.
The Moon is another artificial megalithic construct useful as a litmus – it was also built by Insectoids out of a captured celestial body. Deceptive channeled entities lie about such things because they lack the Legal right to Disclose the truth to a juvenile protected species. Similarly, they are not allowed to make accurate predictions in order to sell us their religious views.
The New Testament is a good example of how Humanity is outfoxed by Illuminati deception. Caiaphus ran the Temple grift for Pilate to fund Sejanus' usurpation. Pilate (an Illuminati) crucified Jesus at Caesarea maritima for inciting a Temple riot. Farsight witnessed an arch-demon tormenting a concussed Jesus on the cross; it presumably dragged him to Hell during the period between his death and resurrection.
The Flavian Illuminati exonerated Pilate and revised the Passion week to mirror Titus' conquest of Jerusalem, blaming the Jerusalem Jews and making Christianity a crypto-imperial cult. Hence why Jesus wrote no books; they would not have survived intact. It is a precious conceit of Christianity that their books survived where their prophets did not.

Before you get judgy, Jesus was also an Illuminati, meaning someone bound by Disclosure Laws. He was invited by the Anunnaki, part of the team that founded several of Earth's religions. The sheeple will not win a blame game with the Illuminati, let alone the Star Elders. We are responsible for our condition, regardless of parasites.
Nothing is simple. The Cosmos is designed to accommodate multiple perspectives and paths to the divine, without which free will would mean little. Why would Satan rebel if it were obvious God would strike him down with His legions? We learn to be responsible creators by experiencing the consequences of the realities we create. Those consequences frequently include extinction, as the asteroid belt and dead Mars attest. Ironic that we attempt to return to the Garden of Eden on the eve of our second extinction.
