Context is they claimed that there were "always" female Adeptus Custodes while never has this happened prior. Wokehammer they said.

All this LGBT agenda is the equivalent of Judaism (they call it "Christianity") in Ancient Rome. Sooner or later, changing sexes will be equal to changing clothes.
