I read an article a while back that suggested MSM may also act as a secondary oxygen transport, bringing extra oxygen to tissues through its other form, DMSO. That's why it gets you extra energy while working out; it's bringing more oxygen to the muscles so they can break down fatigue poisons into usable energy, rather than letting them build up.
Ok as these guides go, but don't take zeolite , it has almost always lots of Al, Cd and Pb in it. Those will just fuck you up.
