Yeah I have seen it, and it's clearly a job between a variety of actors and Cheney was a big part of that. A painting is not really good though since he didn't get it commissioned. Epstein was a Mossad agent so having a couple of presidency candidates who were known to be war mongering, it's clear as day that they would have run against Mossad at some point and I remember Netanyahu being involved as well as the previous Saudi royal family at the time, and they were clearly working with multiple nations together. So it was nice to simplify it to George W but he was just a part and most likely, the one who knew the least and liked it that way so he could play dumb as did quite a bit
