Ayh do not see how shutting down the internet serves our enemies at all -- especially when ayh know how we win IS disabling the internet.
They are not ready to take down the net -- they need more satellites and more satellite connectivity terrestrially so that then they can isolate you to another system -- as we are still years away from that.
In conclusion -- these "shut downs" are nothing but a growing electrical and data system on an archaic over extended system. It SHOULD fail many times a year on average if we were realistic.
