Quebec has the most debt of any Province per capita. They enjoy transfer payments from the rest of Canada. While denying English service on a greater evil level each year..The one big plus in Quebec is all new Immigrants are under the thumb of the French speaking Quebecers..so they tend to assimilate. Where in the rest of Canada, they remain strongly loyal to their birth Nations identity. East Indians are civil in Quebec. They are arrogant condescending shitheads outside of Quebec.
Bingo. Quebec will be the last Civilized part of Canada. If you can suffer the French, it's somewhat of an Oasis culturally speaking.
