is there anywhere in America where its predominately white that teens aren’t allowed in a mall? and this is really not a mall its what u might call a mall on Flatbush & Atlantic Ave farthest thing from what I remember being a mall.

there's a book about the decline of popular amusement parks along the east coast and midwest in the 60's/70's that is indirectly and unintentionally an indictment of blacks' behavbior in public areas.
basically, alot of amusement parks were predominantly attended by whites because of transportation issues. then a bus route would be made that included the amusement park as a stop. blacks would start showing up, causing probs, whites would stop going, the amusement park couldn't remain profitable, and would close within a few years.
