I am sick of the attack against the UK / England / Scotland / Wales / Ireland / Norway / America / Etc...
Colonialism literally brought around a large swatch of culture, civility, and in many ways lifted up a massive amount of the world over. Ultimately, the British empire was part of the problem, but not the culture of the british people. The Anglo-saxon culture was Celtic, Germanic, Aryan lineage and should be proudly displayed.
Are there any places to enjoy such discussions? I tried to use the search engines and they literally are filled with nothing but useless anti-rhtetoric.
They're attempting to deconstruct established convention. Therefore the defender should have the assuage here. Try looking at the sources that occupy the core fronts of their attacks- 1619 project, BLM, etc. and look at sources they try to debunk. Of course they're going to be presenting straw men but will be bread crumbs nonetheless.

I have to disagree. They will never attack the real arguments and the straw men arguments will do nothing. They aren't debunking anything usually. Especially not from the Cato institute or any of those front organizations.
You need to go to untainted sources. They do not honestly debunk, since there is nothing to debunk, so they are intrinsically fabricating their lies. They do not cite even strawman sources...they just cite their own refutations.
It is the same way that news papers these days do not post any citations, but will post an editorialized explanation of "what we know" and then in those just so happen to say "xxxx....but many people still claim otherwise despite all evidence to the contrary. Despite many attempts (cough...our friends papers...see below) to clear up the the message, some contending theories remain prevalent (what theories??? How prevalent - no citations - no crumbs).....
