From St. John's 2nd letter he says:
"For many seducers are gone out into the world, who confess not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh: this is a seducer and an antichrist."
Such "mini" antichrists who deny Christ and practice deceit are the likes of Justin Trudeau, or Gavin Newsome, or Ben Shapiro. I am sure you could name more historically.
Eventually, we'll get the big antichrist as per Revelation. But the word "anti" means against, so anyone who works against Christ, and uses deceit and seduction is an antichrist.
Another form of meaning of the prefix "anti" is a substitute.

So an antichrist isn't necessarily or always "against" Christ but can also be a false Christ. The proliferation of quasi-Christian cults, which profess to be Christian but only an improved, or "fixed", or "true" version of it, typically making heretical claims and denying the power of the cross and/or the divinity of Christ, are also examples of antichrists or manifestations of the antichrist spirit.
Wokeness, liberalism, scientism, materialism, and Communism are examples of worldly religion that captures a majority of human thought and political power on the Earth today, and they can also be understood in terms of manifestation of the antichrist spirit. The adherents to this antichrist religious movement deny that it is a religion, mainly because they claim to be opposed to religion as a matter of principle, but it not only meets all the necessary definitions of a religion, it just so happens to be an extremely effective mind-control methodology.
