I believe there was careful behind-the-scenes logistics. SOME dose batches were likely prepared to be harmless, and other (large) batches were made to be harmful. I think that the elite got the harmless ones and the masses were given the death vaxes. The deliberately harmless batches were made under tightly control conditions and probably the workers never knew what all was in them. Same for the bad vaxes. Knowing this was done, we can infer that the pharma CEOs are guilty as hell of knowing genocide.
