So if you get cancer 3 years down the line how will there be a linkage between taking the vaccine? Will they ever do a cohort observational study like they did with smoking and lung cancer to detect the correlation? Who knows what the mRNA encodes for? They say it encodes for the COV SARS 2 spike protein. How do we know that? This is a software. And it is not open source. It is like Whatsapp. The mRNA code is an IP and not available for scrutiny. How do cancers develop? Do conditions (genetic, environmental conditions or random mutations) turn off tumor suppressor genes or turn on oncogenes?

I'm highly stressed out this month. Lots of unexpected repairs on equipment and vehicles, unexpected expenses, trying to collect on invoices, property tax bill due soon, etc.
How should I relieve stress? Smoke some chronic? Drink a cold one? Perform a few impalements during the holiday season?

Break down in small tasks. Write a list if it helps.
Prioritise.
Ask for help if you have any (delegate).
Start checking things from the list as you complete; you will feel much better.
Weed and alcohol only delays matters and kicks the can down the road but you can have one in late evening after a hard days' work.

Seriously though what I wrote stands. Stress = increased cortisol production = breaking down the immune system = all ailments come from that.
