It used to be impossible to sue a school in Britain for discipline unless it was actual expulsion because detention was solely at the discretion of the teachers and suspensions were solely at the discretion of the principal with no recourse to appeal for the student. The education act still states that students are not allowed to appeal school discipline save as to expulsion.
However in 2021 a girl successfully sued her school for disability discrimination after she was suspended (not expelled) for throwing chairs in the classroom and making animal noises.
The girl was of course a nigger.
Remember goyim, laws protecting people from being punished for their actions aren’t there to protect good law abiding people. They’re there to protect people who need to weaponize the threat of litigation against people in order to be tolerated in society.
Normal people don’t need laws saying it’s discrimination to punish them for things like throwing chairs at the teacher. That’s because they aren’t going to do those acts. Discrimination laws reward bad people for bad actions by forcing normal people to associate with them for fear of litigation. The same is true of anti bullying laws. They force your kid to be friends with the furry that shits in a litter box because otherwise your kid is a bully.
I did wonder... in the past generation, white native girls have been sex trafficked, bullied and completely debased with the full acceptance of state, school and cops.
I doubt they will be benefiting from this.
Look at all the Muslim sex trafficking rings in dozens of English towns. Still no justice and likely still happening.
I've also come across the crazy early sex culture in Britain/Europe. I don't know when or why this started but the working class basically all have sex by age 11-13, and parents know that the kids are having sex during sleepovers. They don't care, as it has become part of the culture.
I also found out that working class British girls have been getting into physical fights/beatings, probably about a generation before it became common in American schools. Again, I am not sure why physical violence started there. There must have been some weird stuff going on coming from the inner cities.
Not sure about the aristocracy, but I doubt it as they still value virginity more.
I think the British working class was dumbed down and made into brutes even before they went after America.
Girl was a nigger. So not a native bong lol.
Regardless, the fact the court even accepted the lawsuit is outrageous and the school was wronged as per the education act. It is legally impossible to sue a school for detentions or suspensions in Britain under the education act because non permanent discipline is solely at the discretion of the school (unlike America where you can sue a school for millions over a 20 minute detention).
In Britain you are only legally allowed to sue a school for discipline if that discipline is PERMANENT EXPULSION. That’s because once you’ve been expelled from a school it’s almost impossible to get into another school so the kids end up in some alternative education placement getting only an hour or so a week lol.
However, the court accepted the lawsuit brought against the school and ruled against the school even though legally the lawsuit should not even have been accepted because a suspension is not an expulsion (and discrimination laws usually allow you to punish a protected person if their behavior creates unreasonable burden on you anyway- which throwing chairs around a room and screaming and making animal noises in lessons is unreasonable because it impacts other students).
Oh that's really intersting to see the difference.
Which country is the one with a culture of students bullying teachers? I remember seeing an article about that.
