Pfizer inserted the oncogenic "SV40 Promoter" in its COVID-19 shots and hid it from the FDA and world. Why?

FDA and EMA have known this for 2+ years, publicly known since 3/2023 and both regulators say, it's not an issue.

Nothing will happen , except more DNA integration and cancers.
